18th century, Regency, Bridgerton fantasy, or formal attire is required to attend. Both historically accurate and historical fantasy clothing are acceptable. Please wear ballet flats or low heeled shoes. If your dress has a train, please bustle it up before dancing.

Adult Ball Tickets are $ 75.00 for a limited time and will go up to $ 95.00 on Oct. 19th. No tickets will be sold at the door. Beginning level English country dances will be called by dance master Chris Wilson and dance mistress Kat Nagar. Demonstrated first by Atlanta Historic Dance, all will be invited to participate as we trip the light fantastic to live music. You do not need to come with a dance partner. Partners will be set before each dance, and it's perfectly acceptable for ladies to dance with ladies. Dance lessons
Classes for those who wish to prepare: The dates for the Regency Historical Dance Series are Sept. 22nd, Oct. 6th, Oct. 20th, and 27th. All classes will be held on Sundays, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, at the Decatur School of Ballet, Sams St. Annex. The address is 141 Sams St. #4133 Decatur, GA. 30030. Class is $ 5.00 for those who have purchased ball tickets. You're welcome to attend one or all of the classes in the series. You don't need to attend class to dance at the ball. There will be a number of beginning level, called dances. Expert level dances will not be called.
